Josh Orlan became a lawyer for a purpose—to help people through their darkest days. That is why Josh is devoting his life to helping victims obtain the justice and financial compensation they need and deserve.
Josh attended the University of Florida where he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in political science. He then received his Juris Doctor at Emory University School of Law, graduating with honors. While in law school, Josh served as the Student Bar Association President and as executive board member of the Trial Team. His experience includes working for Chief Justice Harold Melton of the Supreme Court of Georgia, clerking at the Public Defender's Office, and practicing as a student prosecutor for the United States Attorney's Office.
After graduating from Emory Law, Josh clerked at a prestigious Miami based plaintiff’s litigation firm. Before joining The Law Firm of Stuart H. Share, P.A., Josh worked at a large civil defense firm, defending corporations and insurance companies against personal injury claims. Defending these cases, Josh witnessed firsthand the injustice that can result when an injured person chooses to take on an insurance company with the wrong attorney. Josh now uses his unique insight and experience to help victims of personal injuries and wrongful deaths.
Josh is here to ensure that you and your family receive the compensation and peace of mind you deserve.
